Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to holiday arrangements made with Aether Travel Company, Kothamangalam.

Quotations: Prices on the website are starting rates and can change with season, hotel category, vehicle type and number of travellers. A written quote is the rate that matters.

Booking and payment: A tour is confirmed only after we accept the booking and receive the agreed advance. The balance is payable before travel as stated on the invoice.

Cancellations: Cancellation charges depend on supplier rules for hotels, houseboats and airlines. Unused services are not refunded once the tour has started.

Travel documents: You are responsible for valid passports, visas and any health requirements.
