Arrive and drive to the hills.
Day 2 Munnar
Tea country sightseeing.
Day 3 Munnar to Thekkady
Spice hills and Periyar.
Day 4 Thekkady
Wildlife boat or plantation time.
Day 5 Thekkady to Alleppey
Houseboat or lakeside resort.
Day 6 Backwaters
A second slow day on the water or a village walk.
Day 7 Alleppey to Kovalam
Coast road to the beach.
Day 8 Kovalam / Poovar
Beach, lighthouse, optional estuary boat at Poovar.
Day 9 Trivandrum
Padmanabhaswamy (dress code) or Kovalam at leisure. Overnight near the airport or beach.
Day 10 Departure
Trivandrum airport drop.
